We charge either hourly rates or package-based pricing. Discounts apply when committing to a set number of hours.

Payments are made upfront, with additional hours invoiced weekly.

Some services may incur extra costs, depending on complexity and requirements. Any additional fees will be clearly communicated before you enter into a contract.

Additional hours are charged at our standard Admin Support or Business Support rates.

Bulk purchasing is available, and unused hours can be carried forward, as per our “Basic Service Pricing” terms.

Our core business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Support outside these hours is available by prior agreement, and may incur additional charges.

Once the terms of your package are confirmed, the contract signed, and payment is processed, we aim to begin work immediately, unless otherwise advised. 

We believe a consultation is essential before starting a new project. This ensures we fully understand your requirements and can be as transparent as possible.

We also offer our own customisable CRM software tailored to your budget and requirements.

Yes. We strive to align with your current systems and workflows. If we do not currently use a system you require, we will assess implementation options to ensure a smooth transition.

Yes, we offer both at a range of levels, as part of our standard packages or on a per-hour basis. We can also tailor our packages to include all required solutions.

Yes, we can maintain and update existing websites, create and manage websites through a third-party hosting provider or design and host websites directly through our own systems.
