We charge either hourly rates or package-based pricing. Discounts apply when committing to a set number of hours.

Additional hours are charged at our standard Admin Support or Business Support rates.
Bulk purchasing is available, and unused hours can be carried forward, as per our “Basic Service Pricing” terms.
Our core business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Support outside these hours is available by prior agreement, and may incur additional charges.
Once the terms of your package are confirmed, the contract signed, and payment is processed, we aim to begin work immediately, unless otherwise advised.
